Our team of technical designers can turn any idea into a reality. From the initial plan stage, we can advise on design viability, producing detailed drawings and incorporating CAD and BIM models. We design for manufacture, ensuring a smooth process producing top quality facade cladding for a fast delivery.

State-of-the-Art Machinery

Our continual investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing and technology provides unrivalled capabilities. We can precisely and cost-effectively produce simple or complex aluminium cladding panels, including: 10 metre folds, perforation, curved , twisted and bullnose.

All of our products are manufactured in the UK, ensuring our materials, processes and quality control procedures are maintained to the highest standard.

Aluminium is an environmentally friendly choice for wall coping, being 100% recyclable and the most abundant metal in nature.

Fast Turn Around on All Cladding Panels

Thanks to our advanced production methods and investment in state-of-the-art machinery, we pride ourselves on short lead times for the manufacture of both standard and bespoke aluminium facades. We’ll also deliver direct to site in one of our own delivery vehicles.

Husk are proud to have been manufacturing aluminium building products for nearly 40 years. Some of our original staff members are still with us today, providing invaluable, expert advice on construction projects large and small all over the UK and Ireland. Our long serving team work together to improve products and processes and ensure a culture of excellent customer service combined with outstanding quality products.

Investment in state of the art factory facility in Shropshire, utilising the latest CNC technology and LEAN production methods, guarantee efficiency and high quality products time after time. We’re big enough to take on any job and small enough to care about the quality of every product that we make.

Colours and Finishes

Husk rainscreen cladding is available in a wide range of colours, including any RAL or BS colour using a polyester powder coating. Special finishes such as stone and anodised effect cladding are also available.

Design Team

Our experienced design team works with architects and installers to realise the ambition of the project, working within budget and technical restraints.

We can provide support structure calculations, advise of any perceived difficulties with the current design and suggest alternatives if necessary, e.g. projections around windows.

We’ll develop the panel sizes and splits, ensuring the façade is viable from both a manufacturing and installation point.

Our technical team use finite element analysis (FEA) to predict the strength of our cladding panels in real-world environments. This ensures the integrity and stability of our products is never in doubt, even on high-rise developments.
